Budget New England Tour?

My in-laws are looking into take a guided bus tour of New England (not real particular on which parts) next fall. Any ideas on which tour company is a nice, budget friendly tour to use?

I dunno if they have a tour for NE, or if they're even outside the state of Kentucky, but my grandparents love Toby Tours.

We have taken Trafalgar and have loved them. Contiki is good for 18-34 year olds.
