My girls are begging for Ugg style boots but I have no clue where to start looking. The malls are few and far between here.

I am looing for kid sizes 3 1/2/ womens size 5 (They say they are the same size?) My older 2 are 2 years apart and the same size and my youngest is close behind at a 1 kids.

HELP! TIA

I just picked up some Bear Claws at Marshalls for $30 each for dd7 and dd9. They hold up better than the Target ones.

I saw Bear Paws in kids sizes at Marshalls. DD has had 2 pairs of Uggs in the past that she has destroyed. So, I told her I will not spend money on another pair. We went to Famous Footwear and I had a 20% off coupon and picked up Bear Paws for her for $50. She wears a woman's 5. They had kid sizes there too. For the kids sizes they had the normal black and brown colors but they also had a hot pink, lime green, and blue!

I've got a funny story. DD bought some unusual boots at Target a couple years ago. When we were out shopping for a pair of Uggs last fall, she was wearing them. There was another teen and her mom there doing the same. We noticed them looking at DD and the Mom came over and asked where we got her boots (I guess they loved them). You should have seen the look on their faces when we said we got them at Target. The surprise was evident.

You can find Ugg-like boots at lots of retailers that carry shoes. Saw some at Sams Club last weekend. I've seen them lately at Kohls and DSW too.

My girls got theirs at Target last year and this year. DD9 even got purple ones this year!

Cool, I never thought to look at Target. I never heard of those other places listed though besides Kohls.

My girls got some Ugg style boots last year as a gift. They were from Old Navy. I don't know if they are carrying them this year or not.

This year target has ones that look like the uggs bailey buttons. Very cute and I believe they were only like 25 bucks. I'm trying to talk DD into getting those but she's pretty set on getting the brand name. I told her to choose wisely because if she gets the real uggs that's all she'll be getting.

My DD's got bearpaws last year with an Amazon sale and I was very very disappointed in them. Don't get me wrong, I didn't except them to be any near the quality of Uggs, but I did except them to last the winter.

DD loves her Bear Paws and wears them every day except for gym days. We got her's at Marty's which is a discount chain shoe store. I've seen them all over. I find the soles on the Bear Paws last longer than the WalMart/Target ones.

My DD wears her Uggs/FUggs constantly between September and March. I bought her a pair Bear Paws two years ago and she trashed them by the end of the winter so I bought her real Uggs last year. Those too were unwearable by the end of the season (the footbed was rubbed down to nothing). Luckily, Uggs took her boots back under warranty with no questions asked and sent me a new pair.

The Bear Paws are made from the same materials as the Uggs so they are probably the best cheaper FUggs available. I bought my DD's from Famous Footwear. I think they're on sale now but they are still $40 - $50.

As for the sizing, my DD is in the inbetween weird sizing. She wears between a kid's 4 and a women's 6 and everything in between. It's a huge PITB.

Definitely try Marshall's and TJ Maxx, a friend found reall UGGs for her DD at TJ Maxx for $10! Make sure to check the adult shoe section as the adult section goes down to a size 4 - this is where my friend found them.

Just paid $18 for the ones at Target for my 9yo. One more Christmas present done.

Try 6pm.com. LOTS of Ugg knock-off there and at discount prices!

I agree with 6pm.com---- Get on their email list and they often have them on their daily deals.

I bought a pair of Emu's last year from Amazon--- I love those, much more than my real Uggs... Look at Emu's website--- Check amazon.com or 6pm.com for them!

K-Mart has knock offs, and they advertised in their ad on Sunday all boots were buy one get one half off so you might want to check there. I was seriously considering getting my girls each a pair for winter.

For all of you mentioning that the soles of the Uggs/FUggs wears down too quickly--- I just wanted to let you know that UGG does sell new soles! They're $15ish a pair, and they make my Uggs last twice as long. :)
