Budget has fastbreak, Thrifty has ???

First time user on Thrifty (but saved a small bundle). On Budget, if you don't have Fastbreak, you may end up in a LONG line at the airport. Does Thrifty have anything similar that I should be aware of?

.....Blue Chip. Saw it on their website, so not sure what it all entails or involves.
