Just got back yesterday and used Budget for the first time.
We had Fastbreak and went right out to the garage (although the regular line was not that bad)
We were the only ones in line and got a car within 5 minutes. They offered us an upgrade for free. We declined--the full size had a huge trunk that we prefered over the SUV they offered.
We got a Chevy Impala with 8000 miles on it and it was very clean.
Drop off was easy too.
Would definitley rent with them again.
