We arrive at MCO tomorrow and I can't find any better rates than the one I have with Budget. I just signed up for the fastbreak, can I call budget directly and ask them to put my rapidrez number on th existing reservation and if so can we still go to the parking garage "hut" and bypass the line. We will only have the print out from the online enrollment so I wasn't sure if you physically had to have the card to go into the garage!

TIA

I am leaving Tues and just yesterday I called to link my rapidrez#(fastbreak) to my existing reservation. The person(at the 800#) did this very quickly for me and simply emailed me a "modified" reservation which showed my newly acquired rapidrez# on the reservation. She said I could "bypass" the desk and go right to cars (kiosk of some sort I assume)..........if you find out pls. post if you can.
Thx.

I called and was told that if I linked the two together my current reservation's price would increase over $100 more. Not sure why that is, the rates I get using the same codes are higher from when I originally made the reservation but I'm not looking to rebook, just put it in the system as being part of the fastbreak. Not sure if I got someone who didn't know what they were doing or if that's standard but I left it as is and will deal with the counter.

Maybe I'll give another call in the morning before we head to the airport and see if I get the same info :)

Strange, try again......I booked minivan for 7days(&5hours) using the codes x474200 and coupon MUWZ023, got rate of $270 plus tax/fees for total of $353.85.
Booked then subscribed for rapidrez and when I called she added my wizard#(which I guess is the rapidrez) and emailed me a modified reservation which reconfirmed same itinery & price.
Good luck!

If you are still out there I just returned and the codes worked fine.
Got my minivan for 7days, pickup MCO/drop off TPA for total $323.
Seamless rental. Register for Fastbreak went right to counter in garage at MCO and picked up Toyota Sienna minivan w/only 7M miles.
Just wanted to followup for anyone interested - no coupons or anything required they went by rate on reservation which was $353 and I think my final bill was $323 as $30 coupon was applied at end.

Thank you so much for this information! So often there is no follow-up and we are left to wonder "what happened?". I'm glad that it all worked out for you and I hope I have as good an experience in April!

When I called & added my REZ number my rate doubled....the only way to get it back was by not using it...and stand in line.

great. thanks for the info.

just to confirm, you proceeded directly to the garage? you didn't wait in the fastbreak line inside the airport?

we have our RapidRez and Fastbreak attached to our reservation, but i doesn't specifically say that we can bypass the counter.

Thanks in advance.

:woohoo: Your ressie is for the same exact days/hrs. as mine...the rate too.

Thanks for coming back and giving us an update on this code & your Fastbreak experience. I also used the same codes/coupon so it makes me relax a bit more to hear someone's actual experience.

Glad it all went smoothly for you & hope you enjoyed your vacation.

So...they had Toyota Sienna's? Did you happen to see any other types of mini-vans? We're booked for one also but I'm not feelin' Toyota's right now. They used to be my favorite maker until all the sticky gas peddle mess.

signed up for fast break and used without issue. just returned from 10 day trip. after collecting your bags go to the second floor of the car rental garage, go right to the budget fast break window. we signed up for fast break a few days before the trip, so they just need to see the credit card we used. we were driving away in our car within minutes of collecting our bags. fantastic experience. the car drop off was hassle-free as well.
