Budget Disney Trip HELP!!!

Well I am trying to talk my mom into a girls trip to Disney in Jan/Feb 2011!!!! We did the Disney Webpage serches and got those prices but mom is wondering if there is a cheeper optition... So coming to my Dis Board friends as you all have such great ideas!!!! Help me out and make a fun little girls week....

Where are you trying to stay? Did you select deluxe dining when you could have went with QSP or out of pocket? Would you be willing to stay offsite? Can you/do you have an AP since you have several trips planned?
