Budget directions please!

Have used Avis before, but thanks to a great rate I got from the Dis Dicount rates, we are using Budget, just changed on Friday. So now which way do we go to return car after we drop off luggage? One other question, DH always droped us off, returned or parked car and met us in the boarding line. Does he have to be with for ID purposes in line this year when I check in?

Budget is on the same side of the street as Avis/Radisson. It's just 2-3 blocks further down the street. I have their location marked on my Space Coast map.
