Does anyone have any suggestions where my family can go for breakfast or dinner that has good food but inexpensive? We usually stay on site and eat all our meals either at a park or a Disney hotel. We are renting a car this time and staying offsite so we would like to try out different places and save money if possible. any suggestions would be really appreciated.

You will be amazed at all of the offerings within a short drive of Disney!

We will typically go to Perkins (food offering is kind of like a Chili's but for the older crowd). They are across from Goodings grocery in the CrossRoads shopping center. Also Jungle Jim's is similar to Chili's/Bennigans in atmosphere - food is better! There are lots of buffet restaurants nearby as well.

* Another option is to purchase some of the Q&C meal vouchers from Connections and use them at the different resorts. The Peppermarket at Coronado Springs has lots of food choices and are a great value with the vouchers. Very easy to drive over there when you have your own car.

we love steak and shake...we (3 'adults') can get burgers, fries, I always get chili, too and shakes for less than $25.
