Am I the only one that's never heard of this? A neighborhood on Resort property with single family homes in the works. Includes onsite/VIP perks. 1.5 to 8 million. WOW!
Of course, on my budget, I can only dream.

Yes we know all about it. DH and I plan on buying a home there and relocating our family. We are really looking foward to it. Of course that is after the prize van comes with our check. We can dream though........

So, is it actually your house, or do other people 'own' the same house? I can't figure out if it is available to you to use anytime you want to. And, if it is only owned/used by you, why can't you stay there all the time?

They are permanent homes. Not vacation homes. Not sure where you saw them listed as only vacation homes?

This is so great, we will all be neighbors! dh and I have been dreaming about these since it was announced. We should have our lotto check very soon and can make our down payment. Heck, we may as well just pay off the whole thing at once and be done with it. Looking at the Bella Vita.

I think you do have it backwards. They are permanent residences and cannot be used as vacation homes. They don't want owners to be renting them out to the riff raff!
