Bubble letters with name infills - help please

Can anyone help me please ?

Ideally,I'd like five seperate images of the surname 'Eagles', with a different forename in each one, repeated diagonally or across or similar

These are our names:
Dennis
Trish
Peter
Lewis
Elizabeth.

I have looked everwhere and seen lots of name fills with pictures but none with names.
I know you're all very busy but I would really appreciate any help with this.
