My husband and I were married last October in the Wedding Pavilion. Today, I was looking over our wedding photos, and just felt a lot of saddness, even cheated.

See.. we hired a photographer that we believed would take artistic shots, or at least *nice* pictures. He didn't. He didn't bother to touch up our photo's (which I would think is standard???) Anyway.. we have maybe 5-10 "good" pictures of us from our wedding .. 5 or 10 out of almost 200 is pretty lousy, if you ask me.

In the end, even if you don't think the pictures will mean anything - they will. So pleeeeease make sure you go over your contracts with your photographers, and make sure they know what you expect out of them.

By any chance do you want to let us know who that is so we don't make the same mistake. I am so sorry that happened to your pictures. Maybe you can call the BBB to report them that way future brides will know.

Ohh no!! I'm sorry to hear that! Are you able to touch up any of the pictures yourself (I know - not something you want to do after you spend all that money). Are you willing to tell us who it was...though I'm afraid to ask!

Did you try contacting him/her? Aww I am just so sorry, and I hate to be the third person to ask this, but can you possibly give us a name of the company or photographer? Was it Disney's or a private vendor?

That is so bad. It's one of the things that is worrying me while I am choosing my photographer, especially as I live in the Uk and if anything went wrong it would be a lot harder to sort it out.

I really feel for you A Little Disney fan, no-one should go through this. This is a once in a life time thing and you want happy memories and brilliant photo's to show your family and children.

I would be happy to share his name via PM. I do wonder if it was just us, and the package we chose with this particular photographer. It definitely appeared that "money talks" with this particular photographer.

This was an outside vendor. We had a wonderful time with our Disney photographer. (We had a park session the day before.)

I tweaked them a bit, but most are terrible shots, and angles.

Perhaps not all, but enough to petrify me .. I am also from Manhattan so I have heard people tell me that my standards are just ridiculous because of what we are offered here.. I always thought Disney would be of the same caliber but I am yet to see any work that blew me away..

I would really like for you to PM me the name also. My dh and I are not very happy with our wedding pictures either. But we didn't let it ruin things for us. We are planning a vow renewal for our 5th anniversary and will be looking for a photographer.

No, I don't think Randy touched up our pictures. We just had his most basic package--maybe "touch-up" is included in higher priced packages?
