No, I don't think Randy touched up our pictures. We just had his most basic package--maybe "touch-up" is included in higher priced packages?

We had the second to highest of Randy Chapman's packages and none of our photos were touched up either. Or cropped for that matter - something I should have specifically requested, especially for our album.

I know Disney charges (or at least they did in 2004) a per hour fee for touching up a photograph. I don't know what Other photographers do.

I'm really dumb when it comes to photos. What kind of things do they fix if you pay for touching up? Do most people request that, or not?
