Brunch/Lunch Menu's?

Does anyone have up to date Brunch/Lunch menu's? I was sent the Dinner menu's but they are very expensive and we would like to have an early ceremony/reception.

I'm BLOWN away how expensive a LUNCH is!! We just did a tasting w/ our caterer and this was his quote: BTW, it's $25 per person!!! BIG difference! This doesn't include the cake, but he will come set up AND there will be a staff to serve!

Even the bar packages are ridiculous, I mean $35+/person for four hours of open bar. Horrendous but it is disney!

$35 PER person to drink?? Honestly, we really DID look into doing a Disney wedding, but for what I wanted, and to have 50 people there, there was NO way we could afford it AND have a week long honeymoon at Boardwalk Villas. So, we're renting a historical home, we get the WHOLE home, all day, HUGE, beautiful grounds, working fireplace....for $1200!! Can't beat that!! I'm so happy for girls who are having their dream wedding, I really am. However, this is our Committment Ceremony, so not as many bells & whistles for us.

If you are having a lunch reception, do you have to use a lunch menu? I wasn't highly impressed with the lunch menu I received. I found the dinner menu online and prefer some of the entrees on there instead.

You can use a dinner menu at lunchtime.

You can make the menu include anything you want. They will price it out for you.

The menus you see are suggested options, but when you go for your planning session you can build your own menu.

We did the Tinkerbelle Brunch for our wedding last November. I think the price was $59.00 per person. We had champaigne punch during our prereception and did BOC for our reception instead of pay one price. We had to prepay for a certain amount of drinks prior to the wedding and they kept track of the drinks and we got a lot of money back at the end. I think people drink less during brunch.

BOC? Any idea how much the champagne punch was per person? I'm thinking of just doing mimosas, OJ, water and coffee.
