BRP Reservation: How to Change Resorts?

Hello! I am booked at the Caribbean Beach for 2/1 - 2/6 at the BRP of $105 a night (including tax) with that, my husband and I want to upgrade to a deluxe hotel. With that, can I revise my reservation online, even though I'm within the 60 day window? Or do I have to call Disney between 2-5pm?
Also, b/c I'm in the 60 day window, will I still have access to the BRP for the Deluxe hotels using my AP?
This is all so confusing.. I thank you in advance for your help!!

Maybe you will get a different answer when you call, but I was told I could not upgrade to another brp rate <60 days. CM said the computer kept telling her that I had to book more than 60 days out, and to try another date.

As far as how to upgrade, I just called in and changed our resort (moderate to AKL) But it was outside the 60 day window. It's when I tried to upgrade again that i was unable to (AKL to an Epcot deluxe).
