Brown Derby Fantasmic Pkg Question

We have an ADR for the Brown Derby (fantasmic package) in Jan. I read somewhere on here that even if you use the basic dining plan, with the fantasmic package you get an app, entree, dessert. In looking at the menu's on here the cobb salad for 2 (which everyone says to try) is listed under soups/salads and not as an appetizer. So my question is this, can you get the cobb salad as your app (splitting it between 2 people) or can you only get one of the three appetizer's that they list on the menu?

We did the DxDDP which includes appetizer, and we were able to order the Cobb. And if only 1 person wants the Cobb Salad, then they will make a portion for 1 and only count it as 1 appetizer. They did that for us last week.
