Brooklynn takes Bella to meet Cinderella! Page 242 Downtown Disney

MeMom, I feel like I was right there with you at Disney on Ice. Since that's as close as I'm going to get thanks for letting me tag along..... The pictures were incredible!
Also I've never been to Nashville so thanks for that tour too!

Looks like you all had such a fun day! What was Brooklynn wishing for at the hippo???

Thanks for the great DOI pics on a day that is pouring here in the Great White North. It was nice to see me some Tink on such a wet day

Glad you enjoyed it. I'm getting ready to put up video now, so if I do it right, you should have some more Disney on Ice fun!

The pictures of the Christmas things make me want to run to the nearest Disney story today and buy away. Your pictures are dangerous on the wallet this time of the year, but please keep posting.

Your pictures of Nashville also made me realize my DH and I have not visit Nashville in about 5 years maybe if I can't go to Disney in December I need to visit the Opryland Mall and Nashville.

You could actually have a nice trip to Nashville. Opryland Hotel is beautifully decorated, and browsing around it is a nice way to spend a December evening. The Rockettes come here, too, so maybe you could see that. Walking around Opry Mills in itself makes for a good way to spend a few hours. You could see a movie at the IMAX and go out to eat. If you're a country music person, you could try to get into the Grand Old Opry, although I don't know if that's easy or hard to do, as I have not been in many, many moons! Centennial Park always has stuff going on - festivals and shows and entertainment. Of course, I would rather go to Disney World any day, but if you can't, Nashville would still make a nice small trip.

If Jill has done her part right and I do my part right, you are about to be able to enjoy Disney on Ice in a much better way than my pictures, so cross your fingers, cross your toes, cross your eyes, and hold your tongue just right...

Man, you look really silly. :)

We'll see if it worked!

Added to say, the first two videos are really the last two. They didn't load at first, so when Jill reloaded, they are first on photobucket. I didn't think of that when I put them on here, so just watch the first two last, if you want to see them in order.

Did it work, and did it bring you happiness? :wizard:

I love all the pictures. The Princess & the Frog doll is so pretty. Just gorgeous really. I must go investigate them for myself.

I also want that cute little Gus Gus doll that was at the ice show. :cloud9:

It worked and they are awesome!

That looks like such a wonderful show. We'll have to add it to our must do list!!

MeMom and Jill!! Those are awesome pictures from Disney on Ice!!!! I really really want to go and see it!!

Oh, and I got a text from Dawn...she sent me a nice picture of a Bobby and Jamie Deen poster outside the Lady and Sons!:rotfl2::rotfl2:

Loved the pictures of the show! It looked really cute. I am excited for the one coming to Savannah next month! Loved Jills wallet sitting in her lap! I bought the same one during my last trip to WDW! We are getting close to our Halloween trips!!

Thanks for the pics of Disney on Ice, I took the kids about 2 years ago and we had front row seats, amazing character interaction and pics. DS refuses to go any more since he is almost 12 and now it is "Lame!" as he puts it. I might take DD and do a girls day.

Just to update you on the fair, the kids won 18 more ribbons and DD won "Best Bakery Item Youth Division" beating out about 100 other entries including her brother. Here is her cake and trophy plus pic of all their ribbons from the 2 fairs this year. Thanks for letting a proud mom add to your TR. :flower3:

It is October, so it's officially next month....

Why, yes.....YES IT IS!!!!!

It does seem crazy, and the more Mel and I talk the earlier we seem to leave :rotfl:. We are now planning on leaving Friday, driving half and then only have half to go on Sat. So we could even be at Downtown Disney on Sat night!!! :yay:

GO PREDS!!! They won in a shoot-out last night in Dallas :thumbsup2

I SO want to go to that concert (the one on the right).....didn't get tickets, and now wishing I had......

And for all of you former Opryland fans, we took pictures of this. :sad2:

Don't get me started.......

Great Disney on Ice pics. Looks like such a fun show. I am sad no shows ae coming to Phx.

I loved the videos, especially the part with the brooms...I loved Fantasia when I was little and the brooms were always one of my favorite parts. I cannot believe they had a little part with Jack Skellington. I'd go just for that. :rotfl2: I adore watching people skate, too, because I've tried it and never did too well, so seeing people skate like that is amazing to me.

Good morning, MeMom and Jill! Jill, I hope you have a wonderful birthday! The DHS and Disney on Ice pictures are great -- a lovely way to start this rainy Monday morning. I see the Disney Store has neat Princess and the Frog and Christmas stuff out -- I guess I should be headed that way soon to check it all out.

Oh I am so glad you got a camera with video. You will be so glad that you did. I never realized how much cute stuff was passing me by until I had the video feature and could shoot video any time. I'll never go back to a camcorder.

That looks like a great show. You did get some good pictures. I understand taking the expensive camera back. I have been known to do that kind of thing many times.

What a sad picture of the remnants of Opryland. I wish I could have taken my kids there, but I guess Disney World makes up for that.

I hope Jill had a happy birthday.

Wasn't he cute? I don't think I ever seen him, even at Disney World!

Yes! The movies brought me much happiness! Thanks for putting them up!

Glad you enjoyed them. I think you need lots of happy things going on for you right now until you get things all peaceful again at home. :)

It worked and they are awesome!

That looks like such a wonderful show. We'll have to add it to our must do list!!

We highly recommend it. The boys would love it!

You really, really should!

I got a picture from the beach Friday morning, and it was raining when she sent it, so it was much appreciated.

Thank you so much for sharing your Disney on Ice pictures! It looked like an amazing show!

Denise

It was so good - so many characters and colorful costumes.

I know the 'everything is lame' stage very well!
A girls' day would be great! We had so much fun with just us girls! :woohoo:

I'm so proud of your kids and their efforts and their ribbons!
Thank you for sharing the pictures!

And DTD on Saturday night will be AWESOME!!!

I won't get you started on the Opryland thing, because I don't want my computer to blow up from the heat of your wrath!

Great Disney on Ice pics. Looks like such a fun show. I am sad no shows ae coming to Phx.

I am sad for you, because the girls would love it so much.

It was a cool show in many ways. People who like the Villains will really appreciate it.

Yes, Jill, have a good birthday. She's on her way to eat lunch right now. I'm on the phone with her.

:cake: Happy Birthday Jill!! :cake:

Yay, Jill!

The more I thought about it, I knew it was best. I can upgrade in the future, when I have some hospital bills paid off.

Opryland was great. I loved that it had so many shows, because I very much enjoy those.

Aw, thanks for the pics from the mall. :) Can't wait to meet you back there!

Yep, that's our famous hippo, tinkgurl! He asks about you when we go to visit. He wants to know where the rest of our big crowd of DIS crazies are!

Planning time is ending, so I got all those responses in just in the nick of time! Have a good rest of the day, all!

I love your and Jill's pictures of Disney on Ice. WOW - what great seats. We had a lot of fun at the 6:30 show. Abby didn't want it to end. She was screaming with excitement as each character came out - people around us were laughing at her. I also made our countdown calendar on Saturday so it was a Disney day. The calendar is on Abby's bedroom door, but she can't begin to pull them until Tuesday. It is hard telling a 3 year old to not pull off all the Mickey heads:).
