Brooklynn takes Bella to meet Cinderella! Page 242 Downtown Disney

It was a Red Robin weekend - we took Abby there Friday after meeting her teachers (it is her favorite place, too). I had the Chef's Salad, DH had the Bacon Cheeseburger and Abby had a corndog and mac and cheese. She usually gets the cantaloupe.

We all loved Abby's teachers and drop off today went really, really well. Yeah... prayers were answered!

So glad you got a diagnosis for your leg. Hopefully, you were able to rest it this weekend.

The start of the report is great. The girls look so adorable! Pop looks like so much fun. We have only stayed on-site once at CSR. We like to rent timeshares with our friends so we are all in the same unit, but I do miss on-site. Next time, we go on-site, I want to stay at Pop since seeing all your great pictures. It looks like so much fun!

It's official - the girls' only trip in October is on!!!!!

We will be arriving on Saturday, October 17th and leaving on Wednesday, October 21st. We are going to the Halloween party Tuesday night.

MeMom, thanks for sharing Brooklyn's birthday dinner pictures. Jill, enjoy those days of My Little Pony, princess things and doctor kits. My oldest daughter just turned 13 the week before Brooklyn turned three, and now it's all about purses and clothes and i-tunes gift cards, etc. I miss those princess things. Your words brought tears to my eyes too. You think three years went by quickly, and I'm wondering how my little girl turned into a teenager all the sudden. Every year brings wonderful new things to enjoy with them though!

Bella looked adorable sitting up on the counter checking in at Pop. And sleeping on a pool chair too. What a lucky girl to be there so young. Mine were four and almost seven before we made it there. We've been back every summer but wish we could get those extra trips in that you do.

Can't wait for more pictures!

Jill, your words are so true. It is an amazing and sobering thing to raise a child. What they become depends largely on how we parent them. And, they grow up WAY too fast. My baby will be 7 next month.

Memom, I am glad you saw a doctor and figured out what was wrong with your knee. I wish you had time to take care of it soon, but at least you are able to get some treatment for it. I hope the pain eases some.

Congratulations on your October trip. We are going Oct. 28 through Nov. 5 with my whole family. 2 grandparents, 4 parents, 6 grandchildren (5 girls and 1 boy).

We went to Red Robin on Saturday as well but for lunch! I had the bacon cheeseburger. I am like Jill...I only like minimal stuff on my cheeseburger (lettuce and tomato) DH had the bbq one...I thought that was gross looking too!! Caleb has his first little bit of cheeseburger and a french fry dipped in ketchup. He did not like the ketchup much!! Later that night he also tried green and black olives and he actually ate them without a funny face!!

Hope you had a great birthday Brooklyn!! I too am getting real sad that my little one will be 1 in about 5 weeks!! I can't believe it has been almost a year since he was born!

It does seem like a quick year for Caleb. Wow!
Funny that he will eat olives. Be glad if he doesn't like ketchup. That will mean a lot fewer stains on his clothes.

Yeah for arriving at Pop. I am giggling to myself b/c I had an instant flash of recognition and a sigh of happiness at seeing the airport. Yes, the airport.

The Play Doh building is terrific! And yes, I think your giraffe looked exactly like that!

Nine weeks until you go back, you say? How fun to have this TR to tide all of us over!!

I loved spending the weekend with them. Just sitting watching Brooklynn play with her pony stuff or watching Bells raise her little head up and try to scoot around on the floor makes my day any day!

I've never heard of Red Robin before now, it looks like a fun place and there seems to be yummy food. I googled it and there's one in Myrtle Beach so I may have to give it a try.

I love all of Brooklynns gifts. Lexi got the My Little Pony box at DTD too! It was so fun trying to stuff all the pieces in that we could. She was so thrilled to have all the outfits for the different princesses. So cute!

I personally really enjoyed the airport pics, and wouldn't mind seeing all 5100 pics...

Awww, POP is awesome looking!

The pics at the pool of the girls are great, they are just enjoying the time. Bella looks like a sleeping doll.

You might as well give it a try while you are near one. I can recommend the teriyaki chicken sandwich.

Pop looks pretty good on the outside. It needs a little sprucing on the inside. It's time for new bedspreads, curtains, carpet, and paint.

Hello MeMom and Gang! Just checking in real quick from our Condo in Destin.
We got here Saturday and leave Wednesday. The weather has been hit and miss as far as beach time goes, but we're having a great time. The rest of our gang is on the beach, I brought Ty up to take a nap.
I haven't had a chance to catch up yet on the trip report since we left. I going to go back and read it now. Just wanted to say HI! and show you a picture of Ty on the beach.

Hi there! I have finally found a few minutes to check in with my friends on the DIS. I skimmed over the pages I have missed.

Love the Disney touches around the room! So many little things to make you smile and bring back wonderful memories!

My mom had surgery on her knee about 3 weeks ago for a torn meniscus and had very little knee pain within 72 hours. She found she needed a good ice wrap and Icy Hot for her recovery days.

So glad we are off the plane and on our way to the Happiest place on Earth!

Happy Belated Birthday Brooklynn! I hope your day was extra special. You are going have so much fun being 3!

Hope you are feeling better MeMom! My DD has already had a cold. She started with a sore throat within 2 weeks of school starting. I have noticed several people with the sniffles these past few days. I think we should all buy stock in Lysol for this upcoming fall.

It looks like Brooklyn had a very nice birthday. Funny thing, my bday was Aug. 1 and I celebrated my bday at Red Robin, too. (It helped that my DS, DH and I all had free burgers for your bday - ours are 5 days apart) It was certainly an inexpensive bday celebration. They do make great burgers. My DS loves the one with the egg...it is called the Royal Burger (I think).

I am sorry to hear that you could be facing surgery on your knee. Hopefully, it will be just what you need to help your leg.

As out trip (Oct) gets closer we will have to talk and hopefully, find a time that we can meet up. I will be looking so looking forward to it. Were you able to add free dining to your trip?

I also want you to know that I started my TR back up (with a new title). I know it is old but we had several wonderful things happen that I really needed to share. The link is in my signature. Hope you can read it when you get a chance. I did go back in and add the first few installments from the original. I figured folks would be totally lost if I didn't.

What a great start to your trip! Of course Brooklynn didn't waste much time getting into the water, the little fish that she is. Bella looks like shes being so good. You can tell shes excited for her first WDW trip...and exhausted too haha Glad you got the decade of rooms you wanted, too. \
