Broken snow globe !

Please help ! My best friend just returned from WDW and she shipped her snowglobe home which arrived safely. However her daughter was playing with it and dropped it ! Is there a website that she can go to and try to find a replacement ? I have heard of one site that sells everything the parks do ! Help !

Don't know about the website you're looking for, but if your friend charged it, she should look to see if it is covered for accidental breakage. Those Disney snowglobes can be costly!

If she still has the box or UPC from the snowglobe, she can order one directly from WDW. I have done this a few times now. You can order things without the UPC, but it is much easier with it.
Just call and they should be able to send out another one for her. I will warn you, shipping is usually around 20.00.
They charged me shipping of 20.00 twice because one of my items was on backorder. 40.00 to ship 4 things. Kinda crazy.

Some credit cards offer insurance for items you purchase on the card. Not sure if accidental breakage is covered but it's something to check.
