Broken pin question

I purchased a couple of extra AC Queen of Hearts pins at the event in August. One of them was sold to me broken (the Queen's upper body and flamingo is a movable part...on this pin it is not attached to the body of the pin). Do I have any recourse? I know the receipts said "all sales final", but it doesn't seem right....

I took 39 of my event pins back to TDS and while I didn't get my money back I was able to get a Store Credit. I said that these are still on the rack in WDW and they took them back. They even called to check.
