Broken Clock

bought a kitchen clock when in florida, home a week now, and it was broken when we took it out of the box. The hour hand just swings between 5 and 7. I sent an enquiry using the contact us part on the disney website last thursday and have had nothing back except for an automated reply. Does anyone know how long I should wait for a proper response or another way of contacting them.
 
It often takes a good few days to get a response from WDW using that method, but they will reply. :goodvibes

Thanks I actually got a reply last night, but it says I need to fax my receipt to them and then they will send me out a new clock. Problem is i don't have my receipt the clock wasn't dear and the only other things i bought along with the clock was some teddies so never thought about the receipts. I replied and just asked what else i could do
