I need a good recipe for broccoli rice chicken and cheese casserole. Anyone have one?

TIA:thumbsup2

This doesn't have the rice right in it but I usually serve this with rice or mashed potatoes. some of the things i don't have exact measurements for

Cook chicken and cut up in bottom of 9x13 pan you can use as much as you want

Brocolli, I usually use fresh but I have used frozen, If I use fresh I use 2 bunches, if frozen one of the big bags
cook the brocolli and put it on top of chicken

2 cans of cream of brocolli soup, mix with a little milk maybe 1/2 can untill it is gravy like not real runny.
Pour over brocolli and chicken
Shredded cheese over soup
bread crumbs over cheese not a lot just sprinkle some over the top
Bake at 350 till it is bubbly

Sorry I don't have exact measurements I just kind of guess at them depending on how much I want to make if you only want enough for one or two people I would use a 8x8 pan and one can of soup less broc. and chicken

Don't worry about not having exact measurements! I just appreciate the response! I'm going to give your recipe a try. I'm just desperate to try and sneak veggies in my kids' meals and I thought this would be a good way.

Thanks a lot!
:)

My mother used to make one with leftover chicken - like when we'd have a roast chicken on Sunday this would be a leftover meal on Monday. I pre-cook chicken all the time, shred it & freeze in meal-sized portions so I just use that.

Chicken Casserole

1 can cheddar cheese soup
½ c milk
1 c cooked chicken
2 c cooked noodles or rice
parsley
cheddar cheese

In a 1½ quart casserole, stir soup until smooth. Gradually add milk. Mix in remaining ingredients & top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 min.

Broccoli Casserole

24 oz. frozen broccoli
1 can cream chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can of cream of celery soup
1 cup minute rice (uncooked)
1 1/2 cups cubed velveeta cheese
1 chicken breast cooked and chopped

Stir all ingrediants together in casserole dish and bake at 350 for 1 hour

* I chopped the broccoli up with a food chopper so my husband will eat it we don't always use all broccoli just what looks good
*if in a hurry I cook the cup of rice and then add it and then cook the casserole just long enough to heat it.

I have been looking for a good recipe for this for yrs. I remember the cafeteria where I worked yrs ago served this one day a week and it was delicious. I have tried to duplicate the recipe for yrs but never seem to get the same creamy consistency that the bank cafeteria had.
