Broadway Box

Has anyone used them? Are they legit? I am looking to buy my inlaws theater tickets for Christmas.

I use Broadwaybox ALL the time. I belive that they work with theaters to offer codes and discounts on theater seats. You actually purchase tickets through ticketmaster or telecharge.

100% legit.

Thanks. Once I purchase and print the tickets, will the person receving them be able to see how much I spent? If so, do you know if it shows full price or the discounted rate?

The price is printed on the tickets and it shows the discounted price. I have never purchased them as a gift so I don't know if there is an option to not list the price.

I usually take the broadwaybox discounts to the theater box office toa void the service fees.

I live in NJ, so it would be a hassle to go directly.

Not sure if ticketmaster or telecharge will not print the ticket price but it is worth investigating on their stite to find out. Good luck. There are som great deals right now on shows.

I was looking at Mama Mia. Orchestestra seats for $65.

Check out http://shows.travelzoo.com/ it has broadway shows at discounted prices up to 40-60% for certain dates and shows. I also have used Broadway Box with no problems at all!

Edited to add..I see it takes you right to the the same to purchase as Broadway Box does.

Now I can't decide on Color Purple or Mama Mia. I have seen Mama Mia and enjoyed it..they are two totally different shows though.

We used broadway box for mama mia tix and our seats were WONDERFUL! I loved that show so much and cant wait to see it again!

We used broadway box for hairspray tickets. Ended up with 3rd row aisle seats. They danced right in front of us. It was awesome.

Thanks everyone. I bought the Mama Mia tickets. They are Orchestra Row F for $65 each. A nice gift, IMO.
