Brittany at the Brown Derby

I cannot rave enough about Brittany, a server at the Brown Derby in Hollywood Studios. We stopped in on a whim for lunch on 6/23/08 and were fortunate enough to have her wait on us. We've been to WDW several times, and experienced many things and have been helped by many cast members, but Brittany takes the cake. By far the best service and the best cast member experience we have had in any of the parks. She exemplified everything Disney practices regarding customer service, friendliness, and general awesomeness. I like to recognize excellence in customer service as often as I can, but my wife is usually more reserved in this area. I have never heard her rave about specific service at any point during our marraige than she did about Brittany. Excellent food, excellent atmosphere, beyond amazing service - the whole meal really put the "Disney" stars in our eyes. They need to hang onto Brittany and promote her up, and fast! I made sure that I verbally spoke to the management directly about her, and I also email WDW upon returning home. I am glad there is this forum as well to put my great experience into words!
