Bristol Palin and DWTS results

I'd bet she hates getting through,because she knws that she isn't good enough to get this far. If this isn't a fixed contest, ABC must hate it,because this is turning off a lot of people.

I am outraged that Bristol is in the finals. She does not deserve to be there. Yes she has improved but at the expense of better dancers. Just imagine how good Audrina would be by now. She should have been gone in week 4. I am also disappointed in the judges, she never once got the "it's week six you really need to step it up" speech. I think they were way too nice to her.

She is so naive that she really thinks people are voting for her because she is so "normal". I am so afraid that she will win, she could probably fall flat on her face and still win. I also don't care for Mark Ballas this season. He is way to touchy, feely with his partners.

I wonder if the show is doing this just to keep viewers? Last year after the horrible Kate was finally gone the ratings dropped, maybe they are just keeping Bristol for the ratings.

No she said on the show tonight that she should be in the finals because she's the only one without any performance experience, she's normal and she's gotten this far. She's too stupid to know why people are voting for her. I read an article that said her mother was obsessed with Bristol winning DWTS.

Seriously why do care? Its a tv show. I have never watched it, but why get so worked up over a TV show, and why insult a girl you don't know. May be you can explain to me why people get so worked up over reality tv shows with all the problems in the world. I just don't get it.

I bet she's jumping for joy. The longer they stay in the more money they make. Week nine they get a reported $50,000 bonus in top of there base salary.

This is the only reality show that I watch. I care because I am a Libra and I think life should be fair. Every season the first few weeks are just a popularity contest but by about week 5 people start voting for the best dancers. Not this time, Bristol would be at the bottom based on the judges votes but still get to continue. Much better dancers were voted off. There are websites devoted to voting for Bristol just because they want her to win, not because she can dance.

The stupid remark was based more are her reactions to staying on the show, not her intelligence. I should have chosen a better word but I was venting.

Yes there are more important problems in the world. I would say that my interest in this show takes my mind off the problems of the world for a while.

I'm not a big fan of Jennifer Grey, but she's a good dancer and deserves to be there - same with Kyle (I'm hoping Kyle wins). I can't say the same for Bristol. I don't care who her mom is or that she had a baby young - she can't dance.

Unfortunately, you can vote for anyone for whatever reason you want. You don't have to vote for the best dancer and therefore anyone can win this show.

Unless they change the rules - the best dancer doesn't always win.

Granted Bristol did improve, but there is no way she should be in the finals. She just does not have the talent that the others have. Kyle may not be an "ordinary person", but he does not have any dancing experience. I think he has probably come the farthest of any of them and really deserves to win. Plus he has the personality. I think it was all the "teaparty" people who put Bristol through.

Um, we KNOW they can perform, it's what they do for a living. DUH! I agree!!! I do not watch the show but I do not like Brandy so I am glad she is gone!!!

I agree with the poster that stated anyone with dancing experience should not be there. Agreed, Jennifer is really good, but duh!, she was really good in Dirty Dancing too!! As far as Bristol goes, I do think she is what the show should be about, someone that has absolutely no experience, but with that said, she is not very good and should not win. However, we all know that since anybody can vote, many fans of her mother are voting for her just because of who she is. My vote goes to Kyle, what a personality and he truly has pulled it off. I love to see him dance. He is so light on his feet and can really move! Although he is well known, it wasn't for starring in a movie with a dancing part. Jennifer will probably win, but I hope it's Kyle.
