I have one with JUST SHOES!, this is crazy, I was six pounds over in one, when I finally got the courage to weigh it. So now I'm taking a break from redistributing.

Ours are all so close to 50 pounds that I do not know how we will guess coming home as I am sure that the Magic has no scales in the staterooms. Good thing they don't weigh people before and after cruises - boy would we be socked with a big overweight charge!!!

My 9yo DDhas heard me carrying on so much about the 50 ls.. limit, that she came to me all concerned because she weighs over 50 lbs and thought she wouldn't be allowed on the plane.....LOL. I assured her that if I can get on the plane anyone could.

We are all busy trying to get ready but lets try to get this thread to 100 pages before we leave. What was the first thread length before it was pulled? One more bag for the overnight before cruise and I am done. Work is done....hey I even called mt credit card company to met them know I might be ringing up some big purcheses out of the country. The tips and info have made me very prepared. I feel like a badge earning girl scout!

I did purchase a very nice Garment Bag from Ross today. It has wheels, a handle and zips in half. Looks just like a suitcase. I think we will use it later. I had 3 tiny garment bags and condensed them all into the new one! So, we are 4 bags to check in and 3 to carry on (one with wine ) After we drink the wine we will have some room for souveniers. If worse comes to worse when we get off the ship we will use the shipping services at The Hyatt and ship a box home. I think I am done! There are items on the Packing list that I think I am going to leave behind. Tired of packing!!!! Ready to GO!

I am anxious to finally say I am done packing, but am still not able to! Newphews have been here since Monday. Playroom is a mess with all their stuff. Hard to get organized and ready to go. I meet my sister halfway tomorrow to have lunch together and drop them off. I love them to death...just poor planning on my part!

I think our final luggage count will be 5. 1 or 2 more than what I wanted. One suitcase also is filled with shoes! Ugh..I'm not even a shoe fanatic like alot of my friends!

Yes they have people waiting as the cars pull up (not sure about the buses, we dropped my sister off). They asked if she had luggage tags to put on, but they had a bunch with them in case they ddin't.

We made a bet with the kids that I could go into the port and ask for free tickets and they would give them to me

Since they don't know about the cruise yet, we're still trying to figure out how long we can hold them. Is it possible to get out of the taxi and not give our luggage to the porters? We were hoping not to put the tags on until we tell them.

Our bet with my oldest is: if he wins, I double his lawn mowing money for a year. I win, I don't have to pay for a year

With the youngest: if he wins, he gets all the Hagan Dass (Mickey Bars at the grocery store) he wants. If I win, he can't listen to his Ipod for a month Of course we won't really do it.

We didn't even come up with the scheme, they did!

Went to Zip up Garment bag and DH noticed the zipper was pulling away from the seam. So, first thing in the morning back to the store to exchange bags. I am getting tired of pulling things in and out of suitcases! ARGH!

LOL, I have to run out this morning and get locks, I bought new ones in Oct. for WDW Halloween and can't find them anywhere, only the garment back to pack now. I feel like have have met my soul sisters with you two. Also can't sleep, too anxious. HATE TO FLY, but I don't let that stop me. See you onboard/

Good Morning to the rest of us poor souls who have not left yet!

Lots of things to do today New Garment Bag, Chiropractor, nails, and taking DD to her last day of Summer Camp. Then we drive to pick up my parents and off to the airport. We are going to get there early and eat dinner. I tried to check us in online and it won't let me so I figure extra security screening coming!

I hope the day goes quickly and then we are off!

We made it safe and sound! We have met DisneyElf and DisneySorcerer, Mississaugamom and family and saw Dletz and her DD Lindsay. The one gene that is very apparent that was passed on to Lindsay is her ability to talk! She was even a match to ME!!!!!!!!! Oh, we also saw MaryJo at Aladdin. Gotta run. The parks are calling to me!!

For those who've made it to CA, congrats! Hold the boat for the rest of us!!! I'm on my way outta work & home to wrangle some cats and a dog. It's off to the relatives' house for them! I'll be flying out later tonight. Hopefully, someone in CA is gasing up the buses that will bring us to the Magic!!!

We got mostly packed last night and then realized we had NO room for toiletries, so at lunch today we have to go grab another suitcase. Argh!

So jealous of the people who are already on vacation and meeting up. I have to work til 5:30 today.

Am I the only one with massive butterflies in the stomach? I keep trying to concentrate on my last day of work, and allI can do is daydream about tomorrow! In fact the Annie song just started playing in my head. Whee!
