But -- I am also annoucing that there will be an *official* DVD of the cruise.
I will be shooting video ( and will accept any additional footage that people want to send to me) Plus -- Donna is going to help too ! Since we want to include digital stills too and as she point out -- splitting up the job will get the DVD out faster....

I was at AAA today and they have coupon books all over the place. I'm sure these are only in So Cal locations. They have coupons for lots of stuff some include:

$3 off adult $2 off child admission to Aquarium of the pacific
10% off plus a second day free at legoland
20% off best value ticket package or nairobi ticket packate at the san diego zoo/wild animal park
Adults at kids price, kids 1/2 price at sea world (40.95 for adults, 20.45 for kids)
buy one get one free at six flags magic mountain (not good on under 48 inches price)
adults and kids $38 to universal studios (print at home or at box office)


Most coupons say valid July 1st to August 31st.
They also say you must present membership card. I have no clue if the places will really expect you to show the card, just what the coupons say.

Valerie there's one sitting in my car waiting to give to you at lunch on Wednesday if you want it. I seem to recall you're a AAA member.

I may be able to get a couple more books and send out coupons if some people are interested in them.

Any last cruisers with guarantee rooms should find out their room assignments within the next 14 days. DCL will finalise these during this time, according to an enquiry I made.

You cannot find this out by telephoning DCL direct.

For anyone shopping for the cruise, bath and body works has it's hand sanitizer and lip balms and some bath gels on sale. Looked like they would be just enough for a two week cruise

I will be signing up for the DVD! I love taking pictures and will be glad to supply digital photos. We do not like lugging around the video recorder though. I hope you get some GOOD footage!

Actually, before I said that about hugs for Donna and Howard, Val mentioned seeing them in California, but not you in that post. I didn't know she would see you too! Of course there are hugs for you, Marissa, Brian and even Matt!

I've only been in the room a couple times, haven't had any more time lately. We'll have to try again soon, maybe tomorrow afternoon.

Hello All, I'm back working way to many hours again and don't have much time to visit with you all, wish I could.
Need to know if anyone has organized a group to see the cliff divers while we are at Acapulco. I know there is a group going in the evening but we can't do that one, late dinner.
We are 3, DH, myself and 8 year old DD. We signed up for a tour with DCL but really not interested in the whole tour just wanted to go to the cliff divers show but not alone, I understand that going in groups is best while in Acapulco.
If no one has got a group started then lets get one going. You can email me or PM me I'll get back to you ASAP.

I'm not sure about the time for Erica's (DisneyElf) group to the cliff divers, but I thought it was late enough that you could go to late dining and then to the show. You could also go to Topsiders that night. I hear the food is really good for dinner. If you really want to do it at another time and want me to put something in the newsletter, PM or e-mail me with some more specific info (which show, how to contact you, etc.) and I'll include it! Another hot and humid day in the Northeast. Grass is already beginning to turn slightly brown. Even though we had a wet spring. Oh well that means August will be here soon.

Marsh, Thank you so much for the GREAT Lanyards. I got ours on Friday, but tonight is the first time I've had a chance to get on the computer. Of course, I had to show them off to my family & hang them were all can see when they walk in the house. Carole probably will not get to see hers until the day before we cruise.

Also, Donna, thank you for the coin stamping list for Disneyland. This will come in handy when we visit the happiest place on earth next month. You alway give us all such great tips.

Hot and humid up here today, too. I opened all the windows and enjoyed the heat. Practice for August! But it got too hot to sleep, so I closed up the house and turned the AC back on. Now I can't sleep anyway!

We had a great weekend here -- used our pool both days! Had my nephew's friends over on Sat & family & friends come on Sunday. Pool temp is back were it belongs - 81 degrees (Pool is 24' x 15' oval - above ground). Mastered cooking corn on the grill .

Talk about its a small world. My nephew's friends love to hang out our house (screened deck in backyard - pool etc.). His friend Chris bought over his girlfriend - Stephanie -- turns out her mother know both of us for years. It's our friend /CM from the local Disneystore - Rosemary.

What's even funnier is that years ago - we were down at WDW - at MGM with friends. They decided to wait online for Fantasimic and we were going to join them by 7:30 at the staduim. So there we are walking down the main street at MGM to join them -- and guess who yells our names . Rosemary from the Disneystore --she was also down there at the same time and also heading back over to Fantasmic

yeah, i was talkking to my mom yesterday and she was complaining already about the hot and humidity..i told her you ain't see nothing yet!!!! LOL!!! she just groaned!!!
