Bringing Index Cards to Parks?

I make sure to write dinner res number. What wwe want to see, a maybe if time things.

Food that is interesting

Parades, open close and fireworks or shows.

We like to laminate everything. We found charts of the best times to visit certain attractions organized by park and we laminated them and hole punched them together. We're also giving everyone in the group (we have nine and we're separating most of the days) that has meeting places for each park, where we're eating, meeting, leaving, etc. Even the kids are getting them, in case they get lost.
