My wife and I will be in Disney Springs the night before embarkation and I would very much like to get some Joffrey's coffee and tea there to bring home and save myself their outrageous shipping.
Am I going to have an issue having a couple of the 11 oz. bags of coffee and 1.7 oz. boxes of tea in my luggage when we board if they are still sealed and unopened?

You're allowed to bring even bottled non-alcoholic drinks onboard, so I can't see a problem with bringing unopened packages of coffee and tea. There is a chance you could have a problem bringing them off the ship if they are opened, but if they are still unopened I don't think that would be a problem either.

You should be absolutely fine! I brought a whole cake (and tea) from England on our transatlantic in September :)
LOL!! I'd like to think if they were cool with an entire cake they'd be OK with me bringing home a few pounds of Disney branded caffeine!

I always bring my own tea and have never had an issue. Sometimes it's in packaging/box. Sometimes it's just individually wrapped tea bags, and sometimes it's unwrapped tea bags in a ziploc. I have also brought full unopened boxes that I have purchase at Disney. No issues.

This is very good news. I had already promised a friend I would bring back tea since I would be there anyways and I would have hated to renege on that promise.

Factory sealed items are allowed. We were on the Fantasy last week and took bottles of iced tea, juice and unopened snacks onboard without any problems.

The only 'foods' they are super strict about (and rightfully so) are fruits and veggies. All other packaged consumables are okay as far as I know.

The other issue might be what you can bring back into USA. I would recommend if it’s something that was purchased in the USA and just came along in the trip to keep the receipts.

Here is the official site about what you can bring:

I habe found this very helpful in the past.

For example you cannot bring cured meats (prosciutto or salami) from most of Europe, but you could bring canned sausage from Germany.
