Bridging tickets to AP question

We have a FD bounceback and we're going to bridge our 7 day PH tickets to APs once we get there. I was going to make FP at 60 days for those 7 days, but was going to bridge these early in the trip to get the pass holder discounts. So once I turn these tickets into an AP on let's say day2, will the FP I made for the rest of those days disappear? Or will they stay since I still technically have tickets? With Disney IT lately, I just don't know.

Another AP question.....how much is the renewal discount usually? If you renew does it start counting the year from then, or the next time you use them like when you buy them originally? Sorry, I think way ahead obviously.....:rotfl:
Since it's a "renewal," all dates are locked to the dates on the original ticket.

If you will not be returning to WDW within about a month of your renewal date, it can make sense NOT to renew.
