Bridgeing WDW package tickets? Need quick advise

Just booked Bounceback for 8/19 that requires 4 day hoppers. DH has AP expiring 9/19, DD15 and my APs expire 9/18. Should we upgrade our 2 day hopper BB tickets from the pkg we're on right now to renewal APs, or vouchers, or just get the 10 day hoppers with the new BB? We prob wont come again before next Aug, but would be good to have the option. What is the best financial option?

If we didn’t have a future trip planned until a few months out, we’d allow our DLR APs to expire and then purchase new APs before the trip.

You can purchase the ticket length that you’ll need for the bounce back Stay and upgrade to AP once you arrive in 8/19 if you need APs.
