Hi all,

After starting my countdown clock at 627 days, I am happy to announce that we are down to our last coupla months and my DH is FINALLY showing some interest in this trip.

He would like to know how to sign up for a bridge tour. I seem to remember that they wer discontinued after 9/11 but have they started back up again? and if yes, how do we get in on the action?

Thanks as always for the wonderful feedback.

Sandy

I believe you need to go to Guest Services on the ship and sign up for the bridge tours, they only give these tours on port days.

All you have to do is go to guest services and sign up. They will give you tickets for it. Our bridge tour was on the Nassau day. It was neat to see the other side of things.

You guys are great! Thanks so much for answering so fast because I'm sure DH was losing sleep over this question:rolleyes:

Honestly, although I'm more of a lurker here than a participant, I am constantly amazed at the information shared and how quickly it is offered.

Thanks again!:bounce:

I have a tag on question....
Do you get to pick which day and time you can see the bridge or do they assign you a time?

Thanks a million!

We were on the Western Magic for xmas this year. We went to guest services and asked about the bridge tours after lunch on boarding. we were given a choice of times all on port days. We took the first tour at 1:30pm while docked at Key West. We were on the bridge for about 40mins it was very informative and gave us a new perspective of the ship. This wasn't in the navigator until the Sunday so if you are interested and want a choice pop along to guest services on the saturday.
A little aside when we told one of our tablemates we were going to do the bridge tour in key west he imagined us going to visit the bridges linking the islands this gave us quite a few giggles during the evening when he asked how the tour went and we all realised we were talking at cross purposes!!!!
