Hi ladies! I need to vent here! I bought my gown in May and was expecting a call from the bridal shop this coming November or December to say it was in. I just happened to check the bridal shop website, and it says that it's closing on Sept. 13th!!!!!
The shop is not open today, but I did call and the voicemail said that all existing orders will be filled. That's fine, but I was promised alterations there and if I didn't like the ribbon on my dress they would fix it. Also, I was hoping to get my shoes and veil there as well when the dress came in.
I paid the deposit on my credit card. Do you think I can dispute it? I love my dress, but I wanted to take care of everything in one location. Plus I'm a little upset that I wasn't contacted and that I just happened to go on the website to see that it was closing in 2 weeks. Has anyone else dealt with this before? Thanks for listening!
