Bridal Brunch cake

I’m having a bridal brunch for the women attending the wedding. The brunch is going to be at the Grand Floridian cafe. I want to have a custom celebration cake for this event. I need help on who I should contact, and when. I have become obsessed with custom cakes, by looking at the cake board!
