I did not get rid of any of the leftover food. I ate all the veggie bars, yes all of them. Monday did not hit any goals at all. Started diet Tuesday and did not stick with it, same on Wednesday. I go to the Dr tomorrow and have not lost any of what I gained over the weekend. I do not know if my weight has changed any since my last Dr visit 6 months ago.
Can I possibly stick with the program today? I honestly do not know if I can. I am getting depressed and that always leads to eating. Fortunately there is not much food left in the house for me to cheat with. I know I CAN do this, I just don't know if I WILL do this. Right now it does not look good for me to reach my monthly goal of 10 pounds. I am such a loser.
