Breezeway at BCV

On the new map of BCV/BC/YC on Deb's site, it shows the Breezeway. Does anyone know what this is? My hope would be a snack bar, casual restaurant or mini-grocery.

I thought it was just a covered walkway, similar to the one at Villas at WL. There is a small "sundries" section in the Beach Club's resort store. It offers some beverages, snacks and other items. Not as well stocked as OKW or BWV stores, but something, none the less.

I assumed it was the walkway also, but when I looked at the map, it doesn't look like it is labled in the right spot to be a walkway, also would they label a walkway?

Based on where the "Breezeway" is marked on the map, I wonder if its the sitting room area that they have shown in the artist renderings. In the picture of the sitting room, you can see the pool out the windows. Looking at the BC/YC/BCV map, it looks like you might be able to see the pool from the "Breezeway" location, but not from the "Drawing Room" location. I wonder if the Drawing Room is something different, or if there are 2 sitting areas?

In a promotional brochure I received about the BCV, it says in the text "Then towel off and enjoy a friendly game of checkers in The Breezeway." There is an artist rendering in this brochure also that features "The Drawing Room." Do you think there could be two sitting/relaxation rooms?

Maybe the breezway is a community room type set up while the drawing room is similar to the artists drawing?

I don't anticipate the Breezeway being a food consession area, but I may be wrong.

I also heard that the store in the exsiting Beach Club store was being expanded to offer more DVC type food items. Makes sense. It also helps keep the costs down, in the same way that using one check in lobby area does, keeping annual dues down. It is amazing how many food items the Vero Beach store has, it is a nice selection. Is that similar to what was done at the WL?

I was in the Beach Club store last week. they have added refridgeraters in the back like at WLV. They only had ice cream and drinks in them.... Maybe they will add more stuff once the villas opens
