For those of you who have cats who didn't use the Breeze in the end, call up Tidy Cats. They have an 800 number. I read other people say, and I spoke to Customer Service about a different problem several months ago. They gave refunds to people whose cats would not use the system. Or even ask for Tidy Cats coupons for the regular litter if you don't have the receipts. That's an awful lot of money to lose.

The fact that they give refunds says a lot about the system not working too well.
As for the system: I've read varying reports. Some cats & owners love it and their cats adapted right away and use it. Others have cats with stinky poo and since the pellets are dry & waterproof, they really do not cover up the smells very well.

There really isn't a lot of pellets per bag, so if that's the problem or if you have a cat who likes to dig to China, then you have to add in an extra half a bag each time. Two bags are too much as the urine can't properly sift down. The bags are expensive to be using 1 1/2 bags.
Another problem people mentioned is that if your cat tends to pee in one spot over and over in the box, you will have to manually turn the pee pad around, so the other side can be used. If you don't the pee pad will overflow.

The pee pads are also expensive. So you are paying for the pads, which you can go through quite a lot of, and you are paying for the pellets. There are puppy pads you can get which are cheaper, but then you have to cut them down to size.
Also, supposedly, the pads smell, pee-ew! when you open the tray & change them.
I, too am sick of the tracked litter all over my place. When Tidy Cats improved their clumping quality of the Scoopable, they made the granules even smaller. So now there's even more litter dust everywhere.
