Breathing patterns

last night I had to get out of bed at eleven thirty and sleep on the couch.....My husband was breathing one way.......then our dalmatian was SNORING and breathing another way......and I was hyperventilating........I had to finally leave my warm water bed and sleep on the couch......hubby said whats wrong and I said I cant breathe........rofl...
ANY one else ever have a problem of breathing patterns that are different then ours...

FINALLY!!!! Someone else gets it. I thought it was just me.

I told my sister what happened .....and she said oh yah it happens to her and her husband......well they dont allow their dog to sleep with them ......so she only had one breathing pattern to listen to .....but get two going at different times and I was totally out of breathe and you JUST HAVE TO LEAVE.

..pumba, you have more insights than a harvard
professor..even better , no attiutdes that gets in the way.....
breathing...you know?...alot of people ran into panic attacks..simply
from stressors ..they feel..where they forget to breath...acidosis,
is very uncmfortable. the corrective measure is quite simple..take
a deep breath..when feeling stressful..and it helps with your problem
solving...

* here's a lil'profesional insight....whenever i observed changes in
behaviors, esp. negative type..i evulate for medical causes....

Oh ya! I am soo considering sleeping in another room. If there is one thing I hate is my sleep interupted. My kids are older now, can I sleep now tyvm!! LOL

DH snores sometimes and get a swift kick to roll over. But even when he breathes its noisey WTH!! Why why why!! The rythm makes me insane! Plus I get home at 1am so its even worse as he wakes when I get in no matter how quiet I get in bed. Its all frustrating! I just may pack it in for another room!
