Ugh, this is so frustrating for everyone!! I just pre-ordered for my trip in July, so I'm sure they'll looooove me when I call next year with the same problem!! I was going to wait until after our trip to call if there are any issues, but try to buy/claim the CD right away when we get back in case its a long process to straighten out. If the code expires, they should really tell you somewhere on the site. I know people are saying there is no general public way to get to that page, but there must be because I did. At this point I can't even remember exactly how I did get to it, but I think months ago it was on the photopass website somehow, and I bookmarked the page. I know I did not go through a link posted on the message boards, because I had already bookmarked the page before I found these long frustrating threads on the topic. When I went back to order I couldn't find it on the site so I just used the page I had already bookmarked. Anyway, I verified all of my emails, logged in with my password on photopass and there IS record of my preorder, so it is all coming from Disney not some non-disney site. Can they really deny you the CD? Are we out $100 bucks??? 


I do agree they need to fix that aspect and warn people that there is a time limit imposed on the prepurchase offer, fair is fair. I've had issues with PP in the past, unrelated to prepurchasing, and well, in the end, their customer service is horrendous. Reading this thread and hearing the prepurchase issues, I'm cured of ever buying it too far in advance.
I read about people mentioning them recieving the confirmation mail after prepurchasing the photopass-cd which stated something about a fee of $25,- when having a shoot at the GF.
