Ugh, this is so frustrating for everyone!! I just pre-ordered for my trip in July, so I'm sure they'll looooove me when I call next year with the same problem!! I was going to wait until after our trip to call if there are any issues, but try to buy/claim the CD right away when we get back in case its a long process to straighten out. If the code expires, they should really tell you somewhere on the site. I know people are saying there is no general public way to get to that page, but there must be because I did. At this point I can't even remember exactly how I did get to it, but I think months ago it was on the photopass website somehow, and I bookmarked the page. I know I did not go through a link posted on the message boards, because I had already bookmarked the page before I found these long frustrating threads on the topic. When I went back to order I couldn't find it on the site so I just used the page I had already bookmarked. Anyway, I verified all of my emails, logged in with my password on photopass and there IS record of my preorder, so it is all coming from Disney not some non-disney site. Can they really deny you the CD? Are we out $100 bucks???
