Girls day at a friend's house.
Catch up on one who's got a crazy life at the moment. Just got back from her first Europe trip with friends a couple weeks ago. Is getting 'legally' married in a few weeks. [Although Sri Lankan tradition in her/their families means they don't get officially married and move in together until August next year. They did only meet in May though...so...they are still in getting to know you stage

But of course it was mostly food....
Vegetarian Lasagne...
Fried rice concoction (we had a lack of 'savoury' dishes so fridge and pantry scavenge determined contents)
Various puffed pastries

Then (fresh home cooked) waffles with fruit and icecream....

As well as lots of chips and M&Ms

At which time I discovered myself appreciating the Chicago scenery most of all.......




Apparently there's something wrong with me because of this.....
