I'm all right. Researching local colleges and trying to figure out what the heck I want to go back to school for. It's likely going to be next fall at the earliest. I'm probably going to go to a community college to get my general education stuff done, then transfer to a 4 year school to get a bachelor's. So this is likely what I'll go for at first, and then decide from there what I want to do. I'd be thrilled to go to culinary school, but I have a feeling that finding a job in that field would be even more difficult than something like teaching or hospitality, which are the other two options I'm thinking about.

Couldn't those zuchinnis stay on the plants and get a lot bigger? Or do they not like the coming heat?

They are much more tender when small. Big ones are often tough with bug seeds.

I might see later in the week if there are about 6 flowers developing about the same rate....and pick them. Stuffed zucchini flowers....like Alison wanted me to do.

We stuffed the blossoms at the last Napa Rose cooking school I did. They were really good.

I want a new jacuzzi thing for my tub, and I want bags for my foodsaver machine.

Were fine. School is a great option. Just trying to finish getting ready for xmas. Just alot of baking to do.

I was vaguely thinking camera stuff. But I'm heading to HK and it is cheaper over there. I've got most of the lenses I want for the moment; although I could always replace the 55 -250 mm lens for $$$$$. But I don't need it right now. I was thinking about getting a Neutral Density filter. Haven't worked out how much it is in Oz yet; but it will be cheaper in HK.

Aside from that, I really don't need anything. Isn't that sad? I've spent the weekend trying to declutter and realise that I've got enough stuff.

I was vaguely thinking camera stuff. But I'm heading to HK and it is cheaper over there. I dont need stuff either. I am just aking for the few things that make it a little easier in the house work. I could sure use my leaf blower. I had to pick up so many leaves. It still is not done.

Its been quiet all day. I am enjoying my small glass of wine. Wrapped the grandkids gifts. Tomorrow I really need to start my baking. Just a relaxing day for you?

I didn't sleep well last night. DS woke me up a couple times. I never checked the clock but I woke up feeling like I only slept a couple hours.

I baked today. I made a pizza. Crust wasn't bad but I wish it would of rose better, before and as it baked.
