Breakfast?

Is there an option for breakfast either at HRH, IOA, USF or Citywalk that doesnt send you into a sugar coma?

I have never tried any of these but have heard good reports:

Croissant Moon Bakery

US - Hollywood Beverly Hills Boulangerie

You can get regular breakfast fare at the Kitchen at HRH.

Cheers guys, Gavin is all for regular sugar but especially first thing in the morning but I am more of a toast person!
