We are staying at the Beach Club and have breakfast planned at Donald's and Ohana. Both ADR's are for 8:00 on different days.
If we dont have a car how do we get to both of these places on time? Obviously a taxi is an option, but what is the routine for busses and how long should I factor in for transportation?

Leaving 30 to 45 minutes for transportation will put you in good shape to make your ADRs on time. You can take the bus to AK for your Donald's breakfast, and then for Ohana you'll have several options -- basically you'll need to take a bus to a park or TTC and then jump on the monorail to Poly. Don't even think about taking a cab on your AK morning -- only buses get through to the park before the park opens up, but a cab might be a good bet for Ohana if you are running late or don't feel like having to face the transfer between bus and monorail.

Disney provides early buses for the various breakfasts around WDW. The MK service begins around 6:30am daily and the rest around 7:00am. Just be at your resort bus stop about 45 minutes before your reservation. This will give you enough time in case you just miss a bus. For the Poly the driver might be able to drop you off right at the resort if he/she has enough time. Let the driver know when you board the Magic Kingdom bus that you are going to the Polynesian.
As the previous poster noted.....don't even THINK of driving to the AK for Donald's. Only Disney buses are allowed into the AK early.

Thanks a bunch. I kinda figured there would be early busses, but I just wanted to be sure.
