Breakfast to Lunch at CP?

I've read other posts of people getting the latest breakfast seating at CP and being able to get both breakfast and lunch food from the buffet. What time do you make your ressie to do this? I've experimented with online dining and it never offers me anything between 10:25 and 11:35. So, is 10:25 what I should book? Allears says that breakfast is over at 10:30 and lunch begins at 11:30, so that makes sense.

Finally, I'd love to hear from someone who has done this. Half our party doesn't like breakfast, the other half looooves CP breakfast. Also how was the character interaction? We will be celebrating a birthday.
