Breakfast timing question

We have an ADR for Chef Mickey's (8:40) for breakfast on our last morning. Our flight leaves Orlando at 2:55pm and I've heard that with the Magical Express they come and pick you up around 3 hours before your flight. Are we going to make it to Chef Mickey's for breakfast and back to our hotel (POFQ)without feeling too rushed? I wanted to make the last morning something special but I also don't want it to be crazy! Maybe if we check out before we leave to go to CM that would make it a little easier?

Seems to me that you'll have plenty of time. If you feel like you won't make it, just take a taxi from the CR to POR

I also agree that you should have plenty of time to eat and go over to the MK bus station.
As the previous poster said, if you think the timing is getting too close just hop in a taxi. Taxis are normally waiting at all WDW resorts. If one is not available the Cast Member outside will get one for you right away.
