Breakfast tea

May I ask why? I was actually planning on bringing some Twinings and PG tips with me as I'm not big on coffee.

Oh gosh yes, I agree with that!
The coffee smell/taste permeates the plastic on the coffee maker and you will get a very unpleasant cup of coffee-ish flavored tea, if you heat the water for your tea in the coffee maker. Even if you scrub it with soap and hot water, the smell stays.

I always carry my travel-sized water boiling kettle for tea water. :thumbsup2

Time to get a cup of Price of Wales.

I've been meaning to try that particular blend... does it taste more like Prince, or whales? ;)

Seriously, when at the Captain's Grille, I recall being served as much of different varieties of Twinings as I wanted when partaking of their breakfast buffet option...

I've heard tell you can boil water in a rice cooker, too... ;)

How do you travel with loose tea? Is there a way to make a bag for it, as all I have at home are the mesh tea balls and I don't want to have to deal with that all week.

I'd love to take my herbal tea though. Maybe I could take a few small coffee filters and tie the leaves up in a bundle for each day?

I have drank the tea available at the resorts, my husband used to make me a mug full each morning as I love a good warm sweet tea but it's hard (almost impossible) to find in Disney. Now that I drink a more herbal blend I don't know how to travel with it LOL

Pop Century had Twinings English Breakfast tea in the tea basket by the hot water/coffee dispensers.

Even if you bring your own tea bag, yes, you will have to pay for a cup - they do not give out free cups at food courts. People would just ask for an empty cup and then go fill it at the soda machine.

If you purchase a reusable mug you can use it every day though :) That's what I do for my tea.....and occasional Fanta.

David's Tea sells disposal drawstring bags for loose leaf teas - they're great!
