Looking for a breakfast suggestion on our Epcot park day - since the parks aren't opening until 11 AM. Suggestions?

We're trying out Ale and Compass for breakfast on our epcot day. But we'll be at Riveria that day, so would just take skyliner over

Trattoria al Forno, no characters though

Just curious, is Trattoria al Forno taking reservations for breakfast w/o characters now? Pre-Civid, when they offered a breakfast with characters and a breakfast without, they only took ADRs for the breakfast with characters. For breakfast with no characters, you could only do wlk-up, no ADRs. Now that they're only doing breakfast with no characters, are they taking ADRs for it?

Yes.

Yes, I made a breakfast ADR for our stay in Nov.

We are doing Kona cafe at Poly on our Epcot day

You probably know this, but just in case... The Epcot monorail is not running at this time and there is no announced start date, so you'll need to drive or bus over to Epcot.

Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary. $25 for all you can eat served family style. Breakfast options are very limited at the moment, so we ended up taking an Uber there twice to get our fill.

Topolinos is GREAT and then take gondola to EPCOT. Had the steak and eggs and is was one of the best breakfast meals I have had at Disney.

Great to hear! Can you share information on what you had to eat?
Sure! Our friends both had the poached eggs (with Fennel Sausage, Sunday Gravy, Parmesan Cheese, Creamy Polenta, Toasted Focaccia) and they both liked it. DH had the two eggs your way ("over medium" eggs for him with Breakfast Potatoes, Bacon, Ham, Sausage ). He's a breakfast guy, especially breakfast meats, and he cleaned his plate. DS5 had the flounders flapjacks (with fruit and bacon). He's a light eater so someone else at the table helped him out because these pancakes were thick!! No complaints from DS and that's always nice in a restaurant with a five year old. I had the Avacado Toast (Grilled House-made Ciabatta, Avocado, Bell Peppers, Mushrooms, Chickpea Scramble, Basil-Balsamic Vinaigrette). This was so good! I dont eat eggs, beef or pork...so breakfast isn't usually my favorite meal to eat out...this meal was so delicious I'll go back for it. The chick pea scramble was almost like a little hummus on top (understandably). Trattoria wasn't crowded, our server was great and we all left full but not stuffed.

When we this? We had the same in January, it was amazing. But I checked out the menu and all the items we had there before are now gone.

So I too am looking for a pre-Epcot breakfast place with no Garden Grill option and looked at the Topolinos menu... I thought it was crazy expensive before, but at least they had a good steak and eggs on it. That is not on the menu now. Adults are $42 (so slightly less? but...) and this is what you get a choice of... you have got to be kidding.... you have to really want socially distanced photos of the adorable artistic outfits of the characters!
Yikes! Looks like prices from The Breakers! While I rarely look at meal prices, especially at Disney, I think this is way out of line so I will stick to pastries downstairs on my way from CBR!

For anyone not aware for Topolino's you can order an extra entrée at breakfast ! I got the Quiche which was some of the best I've had and those blistered tomatoes with it and potatoes , I'm drooling all over again! when asking for a second entrée they basically bring a "side" size but it was plenty and wonderful. That sour cream waffle is just incredible.
Worth every penny and the experience was amazing.
