Breakfast pizza

Every year my DH's family has Christmas breakfast together, a total of about 35 people. We all bring something and I usually bring different cream cheese's and juices. I was thinking about making breakfast pizza's instead. Does anyone have any tips, I've never made breakfast pizza but had it at Chef Mickey's and love it. Thanks

Breakfast Pizza
from Boma, Animal Kingdom Lodge

Yield: 1 serving

1 each Store-bought Pizza Crust
Scrambled Eggs



Take store-bought pizza crust. Add fresh cooked scrambled eggs.

Top with your favorite topping and bake in a 350° oven.

Serving ideas - Toppings can be anything you wish: ham, bacon, peppers, mushrooms, or any cheese you like.

I don't have a recipe for breakfast pizza, but in case you get desperate, I have a great one for "Brunch Souffle" that is a great Egg Casserole w/ sausage and cheese. Let me know. We have it Christmas Morning every year.

The recipe Kirk posted was perfect, that's what I'm going to do. I think everyone adults and kids will like it. Maybe I'll do one with veggies, one plain and one with meat.
