I can make my ADRs next week and am trying to decide if we (me, dh, ds6, dd5) would be better off with a late breakfast or early lunch at Cinderella's Royal Table and Princess Storybook. I have read that with late breakfasts, the princesses can be more attentive to guests since things are not as busy and are winding down. But when I look at the menu options and pricing, lunch is looking a little better.
My plan is to arrive at the parks early (EMH) after a light breakfast in our room (Poly.) By the time the parks start filling up, we want to head to breakfast/lunch for our ADR.
What are your opinions of this? Breakfast vs. lunch? Timing? Thank you!

Kevin & I, based on what some of our friends on the DIS wanted are going to be doing the Storybook Princess Lunch (and a dining review) at EPCOT on next Monday the 17th.

I tend to think that a late breakfast / early lunch is the best way to go for interactions, but I'll know more next week. Our reservation is for Lunch at 11:30am. I'll let you know what I think next week.

For us we did the Princess breakfast which had good food. It's all about what time you want to eat. We always go for a later breakfast. It was alot of fun.I probably wouldn't do lunch because I don't think we would like the food for lunch.Hope this helps!

What about character interaction for a late lunch? I have a 2:40pm adr in May. I was also wondering what the ambience of the restaurant is like. My reservation is only for myself since no one else really liked the food offerings, which I'd like to try, and with the dp and an afternoon departure flight the next day, I decided I'd rather pay to eat in a Disney restaurant and use the CS for Sunday than pay for airport fast food. So the only question I really have is if I'll enjoy Akershus enough or if I should try another Disney restaurant.

I've been to CRT and Akershus for both breakfast and lunch. The food at lunch was by far better at both of them. The character interaction was equal at both restaurants and both meals - very brief.

Thanks for the replies. I think I'm leaning towards the lunch at CRT and breakfast at SBP. I make ADRs on April 20th, so hopefully I can get Mister Disney's review in time to consider! Thanks again!
