breakfast on Main Street?

What is open before Magic Kingdom park officially opens? Starbucks and the Plaza? Is sleepy hollow open? or is that technically part of Liberty Square? Has anyone tried eating breakfast on Main Street USA before park opening? We won't be heading to seven dwarves mine train at rope drop so I'm not worried about exact 'positioning'

This is not exhaustive but the plaza has a donut ice cream thing that I could not eat any time of day but especially not for breakfast. Lol.

Caseys also has a breakfast hot dog.

Not sure if they have more just what I remember.
